RETURN POLICY
At Spine InTune (SIT), your comfort is our top priority. If your new ergonomic chair isn’t the perfect fit for your workspace, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your SIT chair.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the following:

Condition: The chair must be in its original, undamaged condition, free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team at hello@spineintune.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and initiate the return process.
Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning the chair because it wasn't the right fit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can arrange a pickup via our courier partners, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your Raha, Sanad, or Safa chair arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, SIT will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for an immediate replacement or full refund.
Processing Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5-7] business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
